I can tell you how to become prescription free. I have severe migraines,  I have had kidney stone surgery 4 times and gall bladder surgery.   I had a doctor congradulate me, because I do research to try to find what's going to work.

I found a book, called  Prescriptions For Natural Cures, by James F. Balch, M.D. Mark Stengler, N.M.D. and Robin Young Balch, N.D. It has a lot of common and serious problems listed, but to help reduce the symptoms, we need to take vitamins and mineral supplements. Even eating the right foods, we are still not getting enough vitamins and mineral supplements. But if you want to eliminate it all together you need to go on a vegetarian diet, only eating fresh fish, low processed or no processed foods. You eliminate beef first for a month. Continue to eliminate 1 meat at a time for a month. The only meat healthy to eat is fresh fish or organic meat. Our meat is not healthy because, we are not feeding the animals what they are supposed to be really eating. The reason you need to slowly cut out meat, is you will have diearea because out bodies are not used to eating only plant based food.

The vitamins and minerals that are in Prescriptions For Natural Cures can be found at eVitamins, which is link 1 and IhealthTree, which is link 2 or you can take link 3 to the right of my website which will take take you to Google to seach for your favorite health food store.

The book tells you how many mg you need to take, and how many times a day. You can buy the book at hastings for $23.00, or the e-book for  $16.00. It is also available on Ebay. Here are some Health issues in the book- Aging, Aids, HIV, Alzheimer's Disease, Angina, Anorexia Nervosa, Asthma, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Back Pain, Bulimia, Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Cataracts, Chronic Fatigye Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Diabetes, Eczema, Fibromyalgia, Glaucoma, Gout,  Hair Loss, Hepatitis, Herpes, Acid Reflux Disease, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis,  Obesity, Parkinson's disease, Psoriasis, Risaces, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Stroke, Osteoporosis, Prostate Enlargement (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), Shingles, Varicose Veins, TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) Syndrome and many more.

Also contains Diet and Nutrition, Fasting, Nutritiona, Supplements, Herbal medicine, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies, Aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture and Acupressure, Hydrotherapy, Natural Hormones, Bodywork and Exercise and Stress Reduction.

For migraines: Take Magnesium Citrate-300 mg a day, B6-100 mg a day, B2 which is also know as Riboflavin-400 mg a day, Feverfew-250 to 500 mcg,  5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) take 50 to 100mg three times a day, Do not take if you are currently on a pharmaceutical antidepressant or an antianxiety medication. Cod Liver Oil- 1Tbs and 2tsp in 1 cup of real orange juice a day.You can get the Cod liver Oil in lemon and orange flavor. I use lemon and I'm going to try orange. You can use 1Tbs of Flaxseed Oil instead of Cod Liver Oil.

Potassium Gluconate-550 mg will elinanate severe cramps in your calves. Magnesium Citrate also prevents kidney stones from growing. Cod liver oil also helps with arthritis.

Migraine patients avoid red dye- doesn't matter what number, some chocolate has red dye. A lot of your chips have red dye, read ingredients. I found that the better quality vitamins and mineral supplements are at your health food stores. I asked my doctor how can you tell if they are working. He told me take them for 3 months, if you don't feel a difference, then their not working. When I started taking the Cod Liver Oil, after 1 or 2 weeks, I could tell my migraines where less severe. Sometimes the migraines are gone completly.

My mom is a diabetic her doctor said that, her diabeties is almost gone. She has been trying the vegetarian diet. I have started it myself, it's going to be hard for me because I do love meat. I want to get rid of my heart disease, kidney stones, migraines, arthritis and I don't want to become a diabetic, which runs in my family.
